F20 Surveying is a small site engineering and land surveying company based near Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland. Using some of the latest survey equipment and software available, we strive to be at the forefront of the industry and to be the ones you call on for your projects.
Our Story
F20 Surveying was started by Ruairidh Fraser who has more than 15 years experience in the construction industry and over 7 years based solely around surveying and setting out for construction. Supported by a BEng Civil Engineering degree and a youth spent working in a small family construction business, we are well poised to help you out.
After several years of working for other Contractors and Designers, the inclination to start something independent was ever growing. Given the demand for qualified and experienced engineers across the Highlands it became evident that there was work available and thus F20 has grown.
Accurate transfer and gathering of information, and high levels of productivity can only be achieved when backed up by industry leading equipment. We use Trimble GPS and Trimble Robotic Total Stations daily to complete our works. We also use a mix of Trimble, Topcon and Autodesk software to draw, model and process surveys and drawings. Investing in market leading and modern equipment has really made the difference when it comes to working in these more remote environments. Our modern ATV/UTVs mean we can get to wherever you need us safely and efficiently.
